Girls come for the craft table. They leave with a finished project, a few new friends, and a little more certainty about who they are.

M.O.G.U.L. stands for Mentoring On Girls' Unique Level, and that's our method, not a slogan. Most programs write a curriculum and then recruit girls into it. We start with what girls are already drawn to: making things, style, friendship, storytelling, and build the leadership and identity work into it.
 
The interest is the doorway. It is never the destination. Monthly meetups, mobile craft parties, school programs, and a media slate, all built on eNatomy, which is our own emotional intelligence framework.
